1) Thickness of Prepainted Steel strip: 0.0.14-0.50mm
2) Width of Prepainted Steel strip: 20-350mm
3) Lacquer of Prepainted Steel strip: According to customer's needs
Topside: 5microns primer+ (10-20)microns polyester. Backside: 5-8microns primer epoxy.
4) The Prepainted steel strip is produced by galvanized steel and color-coated with the paint produced according to the International standards
5) The combining force between the galvanized steel and the paint is very strong
6) The surface of Prepainted Steel strips is normal or can be covered by film.
7) Prepainted Coated Steel strip: RAL numbers or customers' sample color.
8) Prepainted Steel strip Can be used in building material field, galvanized wire steel tape and mainly other fields.
